The 2026 WIC Training Conference will be held at the Gateway Hotel and Conference Center – 2100 Green Hills Dr, Ames, Iowa 50014.
Hotel Rooms
A block of rooms has been set up for the conference at the Gateway Hotel and Conference Center. You can book a room for a rate of $110/night using the hotel booking link or by calling 515-292-8600 and mentioning the WIC Conference. A limited number of rooms are available for the nights of September 9th and September 10th.
The deadline to book a room under the room block at the Gateway Hotel is August 20, 2026. If you are booking after the cutoff date, please call the hotel at 515-292-8600 and ask if you can book under the WIC Conference block.
Parking
Parking is available for free surrounding the Gateway Hotel and Conference Center. For anyone who isn’t staying at the hotel, it is recommended that you follow the signs for the Iowa Stater Restaurant and parking to the west of the building. The map below shows where to park (X) and enter for the conference (stars).
